Your Tiger

I was researching an article the other day and the author was using an analogy about 'fighting your Tiger' As they are everywhere, like the obstacles we face everyday, instead he refered to them as beating the tiger.

It is so appropriate to our everyday living and especially when we have a mountain to climb, a health challenge that is so HUGE that we do not know if we really have the stamina or the willpower to keep going. Yet when we are faced with the Tiger, we get bigger and we fight it with all the tools we have, we get resourceful and strong. We become our own tiger and find that inner strength to keep going, we have made a personal commitment and we shall climb our mountain.

NO is not an option, we are in the moment and see that Tiger and what it really represents we need to draw from our resourceful state and keep going no matter what. I was there, not so long ago yet today It seems like that mountain is just behind me and on the horizon I can see another soon approaching.

And so I brace myself and gain the knowledge and tools around me because I will be ready and waiting for my Tiger to greet me.

So sharpen your claws kitty!
